We are open from 7:30 to 18:00 most weekdays, and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Opening times may vary due to events, holidays and operational changes.

We usually have two gluten-free cake options available at the store. Both our Carrot Cake and Victoria Sponge are gluten-free. Please make any dietary requirements such as Allergies and Celiac's Disease known to our staff so we can best accommodate you.

Though we try our best to keep allergens separated, there is always a risk of cross-contamination in our store.

We have a range of vegetarian options available in our store; from sandwiches, toasties, to savoury filled croissants.

Product availability varies depending on day and stock. Please see Our Menu for our usual offerings, vegetarian options are marked with a (V).

PureGym members are entitled to a 10% on their order when they present their 'Gym Access Code' to the barista serving them at the till.

We cannot provide the discount without being presented with the QR code.

A full Loyalty Card (9 stamps in total) entitles you to a free drink, either small or medium, not including any extras.

We offer two Loyalty Cards, one for hot drinks and one for cold drinks. A Loyalty Card can only be used to claim a drink of its type.

Extras, such as syrups and extra shots, can be added for an additional cost.

You can upgrade your free drink to large by paying the difference.
