What are your opening times?
We are open 7:30AM to 6:00PM from Monday to Saturday; our Sunday hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
We update our special/holiday hours on Google.
Do you allow dogs inside?
Unfortunately, no. We do not allow dogs inside the store.
However, we offer plenty of outside seating which you are more than welcome to bring your dog to!
We make an exception for guide/service dogs, we kindly ask that your service dog wear an appropriate mark vest or marking to make it easier for our staff and the public to identify.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes! We offer free Wi-Fi for all customers. Please check on the signs inside the shop or ask your barista to help you get connected.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take cash; as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards.
Do you have disability access?
We do our very best to accommodate everyone in our store, we have walkways wide enough to fit wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We'll do our very best to accommodate your needs though we may need to you at specific tables where we can keep walkways unobstructed when needed. We have wheelchair accessible toilets, also.
We can get quite busy, which can make it hard to navigate our shop in larger wheelchairs or mobility scooters; in these moments we recommend asking a staff member to help you.
We have a Gluten Free Victoria Sponge and a Gluten Free Carrot Cake available. A large majority of our drinks are Gluten Free, however, some are not. Usually, these drinks can be made gluten free with a simple ingredient switch or removal.

How do I earn Stamps?
You'll get a stamp for every hot or cold barista made drinks you purchase. Make sure you scan your Loyalty Card each time you place an order and your barista can add your stamps!
What are Rewards?
You'll earn a Reward each time you collect 9 stamps. Rewards can be used to get a hot or cold barista made drink completely free! This includes all sizes, but extras like syrup or cream are not included.
However, if a drink already comes with cream, you'll get that included for no extra.
Do Stamps or Rewards expire?
No! Unlike other coffee shops (We're looking at you, Costa!), any Stamps or Rewards you earn will never expire. You can save up as many Rewards as you like on your card and redeem them when you please.
Now that's great value.
I've lost my Loyalty Card!
No worries! Head back to the sign-up form and use the same name and email. You'll be able to re-add your Loyalty Card to your phone with all your stamps and rewards included.

Are Stamps transferable?
We can move any of your stamps on our old paper Loyalty Card to your new, digital one! Ask your barista to help you do this at the till.
However, we are unable to move digital Stamps to a paper one.
Can I share my Loyalty Card?
Yes! You can simply put in your name and email on the sign-up form on any other device to add it to theirs too.
You can collect Stamps together, anyone with your card can redeem Rewards.
